We had an appointment with our mortgage company to do a home inspection of the utilities in our new house. But the utility companies found leaks in our main gas pipes and water pipes that had been cut. Norm rearranged his schedule to come out quickly and fix the problems. We knew calling him was the right action. Several years ago, Norm helped us in another house. We wanted to install central air conditioning and was told it could not be done. Norm worked it out and the central air was great. We have now scheduled Norm to replace the central air conditioning in our new house. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. He is punctual and professional. Highly recommend.

We had original radiant heating from the 50’s it sprung a leak and was unable to be repaired, this was in the middle of winter and smack in the middle of quarantine, they came out and installed baseboard heating in a day and not only worked with us for payment but didn’t immediately walk away or make us go without heat while we got the full amount, they are a local company who takes care of people on their neighborhood.
